Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Our business hours for order processing are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and public holidays. Once we receive your order, we will process it within 24 hours on the next business day and send you a confirmation email.

DELIVERY:

We strive to deliver your order within 3–5 working days across South Africa. If stock issues arise with our supplier, we will email you with further information. We do not maintain a large inventory, but we will make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Alternatively, you can head to the tracking page and enter your order number to track the progress of your order. If you would like to follow up on your order or are experiencing any issues, please contact admin@spreeu.co.za.

IMPORTANT: A flat rate of R149.00 will be added to your order at checkout to cover the cost of delivery.
